If you choose Standard Air Mail, your parcel will not be trackable. If it gets lost or damaged during the course of the post, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for Parcels in Transit.
If you Choose Registered Mail. Your parcel is covered for goods valued up to $100 if it gets Lost or Damage during the course of the post. Signature is required upon Delivery. Limited Tracking Available.
Express Post has Tracking, requires Signature upon delivery and is Insured.
Delivery Time for Australian Orders is usually between 3-8 working days.
International orders Usually takes 2-4 weeks. However it may take longer due to public holidays, bad weather or delays within the postal system and could take upto 6-8 weeks.
Christmas Holiday period is also known for delays. If you want to purchase gifts for Christmas, order at least 1 month in advance just to be safe.

Customer satisfaction is extremely Important to us so we will always do our best to ensure you are happy with your purchase. We will refund exchange only if there is a legitimate manufacturing fault. If we accidently send out the wrong item we will correct this by sending you the correct item, you may be asked to return the incorrect item and we will reimburse your postage. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your product if there is any problems.All returns must be authorised before being sent - unexpected returns will not be opened and will be marked return to sender. All items returned must be in the same packaging and same condition as you received them, we package our items carefully and expect that you do the same. We do not refund or exchange if you simply change your mind, we will always describe and photograph our items accurately and honestly so you can be sure that what you see is what you get.
